The client

A property company that needed buyers to find it online

New Home in Turkey helps international buyers find and buy property in Turkey. Each enquiry is worth a lot, so the company needed a reliable flow of people searching for Turkish property to land on its site and get in touch.

The goal was to turn Google Search into a steady source of buyer leads.

Results

A steady flow of organic traffic and leads

From June 2025 to March 2026 the site averaged around 20 clicks a day from Google, with busy days above 50, and it brought in more than 50 leads every month. My work on the site ended in March 2026, and the chart shows traffic dropping after that.
